Northwood will work with you and your family to develop a personal care plan that is suited to your needs as identified through the Continuing Care assessment. Northwood Homecare serves the Capital Health District, including Halifax Regional Municipality, West Hants, Hantsport and Windsor.

Our Care Team includes Home Support Workers (HSW) Home Support Supervisors, RN Supervisors, and Continuing Care Assistants (CCA). All of our HSWs and CCAs have a provincial certificate and attend ongoing education programs. Staff are also certified in CPR and First Aid.
