The Northwood Community Centre provides activities, programs and solutions to those over the age of 50 living at Northwood and in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).
Membership to the Community Centre is $10.00 per year. Some benefits of membership are reduced program, workshop, bus trip and event fees at a discounted rate. Membership fees also allow you to get discounted prices at the our Fitness Centre and free regular mailouts.

- They provide information, referrals and link people to important and valuable resources that exist in the HRM that can help them.
