> Northwood Telecare - a free daily call to those living alone in the HRM, including Sheet Harbour.
> Northwood Homecare - helping older adults live in their home by providing personal care assistance, respite and dementia care and palliative care.
> Northwood Intouch - a service that can take the shape of a button or pendant that, if pushed, alerts families and medical authorities in case of a fall or sensors for caregivers that can be placed throughout the home.
> Northwood Adult Day Programs - a program for adults over 50 with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson Disease, dementia, stroke or who may be physically frail.
> Northwood Community Centre - a place that provides information, learning opportunities and referrals. It also helps people find recreation, education, social programs and services for themselves and their loved ones in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).
